Driver and Owner Operator Qualifications:

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older
• Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License with Hazardous Materials Endorsement
• Must have two or more years verifiable driving experience
• Pre-qualification physical and drug test by authorized physician
• No more than one moving violation in past 12 months
• No more than three moving violations in past three years
• No chargeable, major vehicular accidents in past three years
• No DUI, DWU, or reckless driving convictions in past seven years
• No driving suspensions in past three years
• Read and speak English

Owner Operator Considerations:

• 1991 or newer model tractor with twin screws and sleeper berth required
• Operates in a 20 state area (Mid-South, Southeast, Lower Mid-West)
• Must purchase own apportioned license plate
• Must purchase door placards, no charge for fuel decal or bingo stamps
• Must have your own "bobtail" and collision insurance and furnish a copy of your Certificate of Insurance
• Copy of your Workers' Compensation
  Certificate of Insurance must be furnished
